01 — The challenge
Building a global digital agency
from scratch.
ReVerb started with nothing: no brand identity, no website, no team, no processes, and no market credibility. The CEO's ambition was clear: build an internationally recognized digital agency capable of competing with established players in the space.
That meant solving every foundational challenge at once: creating a credible brand, building and managing a distributed team, developing scalable service offerings, acquiring clients, and delivering consistent high-quality results to customers, all while establishing the operational systems needed for long-term growth.
There was no existing framework to follow. Every process, strategy, and growth system had to be built, tested, and scaled from zero.

Zero brand presence
No website, no traffic, no domain authority, no recognition in the market. Every content piece and trust signal had to be earned from the ground up.

No scalable sales pipeline
The CEO originally had a small client base, but no predictable inbound acquisition system. Growth depended heavily on outbound effort, with no consistent flow of qualified leads coming through the brand, website, or content ecosystem.

No team or operational structure
The agency needed a reliable hiring process, clear workflows, and well-managed internal operations. Growing a 20+ person cross-functional team required building the entire HR system alongside client delivery and business growth.

No defined service offering
ReVerb lacked a defined niche, structured service packages, and a consistent pricing strategy. My role was to bring clarity to the offering by defining services, pricing models, and a value-driven positioning framework.

01 / Brand identity & organic growth
Website, brand guidelines & SEO-led growth
Designed and launched the ReVerb corporate website, developed brand guidelines, messaging, and all marketing collateral. Planned and implemented quick-win SEO content and organic campaigns that grew the website to 30K+ monthly visits and a Domain Rating of 67, entirely from zero.
02 / Sales strategy
Outbound campaigns, negotiation & upsell strategy
Owned the full sales function, from outbound prospecting and pitch development to negotiation, closing, and upselling existing accounts. Built and refined the pipeline that brought in 1,000+ projects across SEO, content, design, and strategy over the course of the cooperation.
03 / Client success
500+ successfully delivered projects across SEO, marketing strategy, and branding
Personally delivered and oversaw complex client projects, including SEO copywriting, full marketing audits, crypto project promotion, link building campaigns, and design & development work. Handled high-complexity briefs that fell outside the team's existing expertise, including extensive work in the crypto sector: ICO campaigns, white papers, and regulatory-compliant content for blockchain clients.

Led the end-to-end launch of five in-house brand ventures, covering product discovery, website design and development, content creation, and SEO promotion, diversifying the company's revenue base and proving the team's ability to build and scale digital products, not just service them.

Hiring, training, and managing a team of 20+ international employees
Built the full team infrastructure from the ground up, including hiring pipelines, onboarding, workflow systems, and quality control processes for a 20+ person team of writers, designers, developers, and SEO specialists operating across multiple countries. Established the internal processes that enabled consistent, scalable project delivery.

Expansion into a review platform business model
Helped expand the company's offering beyond core B2B marketing services by developing a global review platform, featuring “Top Choices” rankings across different IT and other niche categories. This created a new revenue stream while also increasing the brand's surface area and authority in multiple niches.

Built deep expertise in one of the most technically demanding content verticals, producing ICO white papers, tokenomics documentation, and full-funnel marketing for blockchain clients during the sector's rapid growth period.
